What is the different between Single Company Version and Multi Company Version?
Single Company Version
- It can be used for one company only
- It can be installed on one computer only
- Suitable for any SME
Multi Company Version
- It can be used for more than one companies
- It can be installed on one computer only
- Suitable for company that has many subsidaries or companies that share location or accounting companies
- Unlimited number of companies
What should I do when there is an error when using the program?
- Go to “FAQ” page to check if this error has been reported. If so then follow the instruction to solve the problem
- If not, then post your problem in “Report Error”. We will answer it as soon as possible.
- If it is an urgent case, please contact us by email or phone.
What are the limitations of program license?
- The program can only be installed on one computer.
- If you format your computer, the program code will be changed which you cannot use the old registration code. So you have to call us for a new one.
- Unregistered version is limited to 5 records of data only.

Configure Regional and Language
- Start->settings->control panel -> Regional and Language Option
- Select Standards and formats to English (United States)
- Click Customize
- Select tab “Date”
- Change Short date format to “dd/MM/yy”
- Change Date separator to “/”
- Click OK to save
- Done

Always set the paper type to letter

For users who uses the version older than 2.04, you need to download and install the full version before run update.
